Mostly strong play in win
July 7, 2018
Attach put in a very nice performance in the 3-2 win over Team Kaliber on Day 3, Week 4 of CWL Global Pro League Stage 2.
ANALYSIS
Attach's Round 1 Hardpoint was not incredible - he finished the round 27/27 with 1:13 on the objective - but he really turned it on late. He had an excellent run to keep them alive in the late stages of the round, though he could not bring them back as they lost 250-217. He was more consistent in their Round 2 Search & Destroy win, as he paced them from beginning to end in the 6-5 win. His consistency was key, and his teammates varied in their effectiveness around him. Round 3 Capture the Flag was a blowout - FaZe Clan won 7-2, and they were in control of the round almost immediately. Attach was incredible, going 24/11 with one of his team's flag caps. FaZe blew a 150-70 lead in Round 4 Hardpoint and ended up losing 250-202. Attach was good early and faded late, and was settled with a 31/32 KD for his efforts. They made up for it with a ten game win in Round 5 Search & Destroy, and Attach played a key role in it. He, ZooMa, and Priestah were a three-headed monster for FaZe Clan, and it was just enough to get them a win to finish off the day.
Dominating play in win
July 6, 2018
Attach was a consistently strong force in the sweep win over Echo Fox on Day 2, Week 4 of CWL Global Pro League Stage 2.
ANALYSIS
Attach was excellent in this match. Round 1 Hardpoint saw him get off to a hot start, as he and ZooMa led the charge early on to give them a quick 70-point lead. They ended up winning the round easily (250-54) and Attach had his fingerprints all over it, He was a slaying machine throughout the round, netting 27 kills (good for second in the lobby). They simply outplayed Echo Fox in this round. He was very good in Round 2 Search & Destroy, as he and ZooMa led them from a 5-3 deficit to win in Game 11. Round 3 Capture the Flag was more of the same, as Attach put in a solid 18/15 KD in the round. It was not as good as his previous performances, but he was still a reliable slayer, and a key cog in their staunch defense.
Solid showing in sweep win
June 28, 2018
Attach was great in the sweep win over Splyce on Day 2, Week 3 of Division A of CWL Global Pro League Stage 2.
ANALYSIS
Attach had a strong performance in this sweep win. Round 1 Hardpoint was the only close round of the match, as FaZe pulled it out 250-231. Attach was a solid two-way player in their close win, getting 29 kills and 1:49 on the objective. Their balanced attack saw Attach have the least amount of kills on his team; it was an excellent four-person effort. Round 2 Search & Destroy was another strong team effort, as they won 6-1. They won Round 3 Capture the Flag by the same score, and Attach had a strong showing again. He went 17/13, providing strong defense in the easy win.
Best round was his first round
June 27, 2018
Attach had his best round in the beginning of the 3-1 loss to Team EnVyUs on Day 1, Week 3 of Division A of CWL Global Pro League Stage 2.
ANALYSIS
Attach had a nice start to this match, going 21/20 in their Round 1 Hardpoint loss. He was really good in the early goings of the round, as he was their star man as they went stride for stride with Team EnVyUs. They were close up until Team EnVyUs got a 164-141 lead. They eventually saw EnVyUs run away with it, as they lost 250-142. Attach was never able to reach his Round 1 performance in the rest of the match, putting in bad rounds in Round 2 Search & Destroy; he had the final two kills in the deciding Game 9 of their 6-3 win, but was poor in the previous eight games. Round 3 Capture the Flag saw him go 18/19 as their offense was stifled by Team EnVyUs in the 3-2 loss. Round 4 Hardpoint saw FaZe Clan struggle throughout the round, constantly falling one step behind EnVyUs. Attached limped to a 16/28 KD in the loss.
Consistent force in close win
June 17, 2018
Attach was a model of consistency in the 3-2 win over Ghost Gaming on Day 2 of CWL Anaheim, securing their spot in the winner's bracket.
ANALYSIS
Attach was pretty consistent in this win, even putting together solid performances in their losses. Round 1 Hardpoint was one of those losses, and he led his team in kills (26) and was the only member of FaZe Clan to have a positive KD ratio. He was good from the get-go, getting them out on the right foot and stayed competitive even as Ghost Gaming came back and ran away with the win. Round 3 Capture the Flag was their other loss, and he was, again, their best player in that round. His 18 kills led the team, and he (again) was the only player on the team to have a positive KD in the round. Overall, the team got outslayed to such a degree that the 1-0 lead by Ghost Gaming proved insurmountable - they simply could not get any semblance of an offense going. Round 2 Search & Destroy was their first win, and Attach was huge in it. He had double-digit kills and came up huge in the last two games. He had the final kill in Game 6, and an ace in Game 7 (which included two kills from his Fighter Pilot), securing the 6-1 win. Round 4 Hardpoint saw him struggle in the early portion of the round, but he finished incredibly strong as FaZe Clan came back and ran away with the round. He notched 30 kills and 1:33 on the objective in the round. Attach had a big part of the 6-2 Round 5 Search & Destroy win, as he, Replays, and Priestah formed a three-man army that was unstoppable.
Excellent despite the loss
June 16, 2018
Attach was really good despite FaZe Clan falling 3-1 to Red Reserve on Day 1 of CWL Anaheim.
ANALYSIS
Attach was consistently solid in this close loss. Every single round was a competitive one, as they topped the 200 mark in Round 1 Hardpoint, got to a Game 11 in Round 2 Search & Destroy, and made a late comeback attempt in Round 4 Hardpoint. All three of the rounds would prove to be frustrating losses. Attach was excellent in each round of the loss. He went 27/23 in Round 1 Hardpoint and was a key part of the comeback as Red Reserve looked like they would waltz to a win. Round 2 Search & Destroy saw be the most consistent member of FaZe, playing well as they trailed 5-2 and continued it as they forced a game eleven. Round 3 Capture the Flag - their sole round win - saw Attach play well. He had a flag cap and went 19/17 in the win. He was dominant in Round 4 Hardpoint, leading the lobby with 44 kills, but Zer0 kept Red Reserve in the match until his teammates woke up - and that would prove to be too much for FaZe Clan in this one.
Attempts to push lanes for map control
May 24, 2018
Attach nearly turned around the late-game in a 3-1 loss to Red Reserve on Thursday of the CWL Pro League Stage 2.
ANALYSIS
Attach focused on pushing lanes and scoring picks this series. Unfortunately, Red Reserve focused on team fighting and spawn control, negating most of Attach's kills. Though Attach's lane pushing worked early in the series, such as in Round 1 Hardpoint, he was largely unable to carry this momentum into subsequent rounds. This was largely because Red Reserve began to stack on top of each other, allowing them to trade out kills and hold spawns, while Attach and FaZe Clan struggled to engage teamfights.
Excellent support in sweep
May 23, 2018
Attach was a key support player in the sweep win over Echo Fox on Day 1 of Week 2 of CWL Global Pro League, Stage 2.
ANALYSIS
Attach was hardly in the spotlight of this sweep victory, but that does not mean he did not play a valuable role in the win. He was a very solid support player in the match, especially in the first two rounds, and he was key in keeping FaZe Clan out in front of Echo Fox. He contributed 31 kills in the round, giving them a three-headed attack that Echo Fox had no chance of keeping up with. He was the same third wheel in Round 2 Search & Destroy, as he was a solid contributor while Priestah and ZooMa led them to an easy 6-1 win. Round 3 Capture the Flag was his worst round, as he went 17/19, though they won 2-1 in a staunchly defensive round. Attach made some nice defensive plays, but overall saw some struggles in the final round of the match.
Inconsistent in loss
May 17, 2018
Attach had trouble finding his rhythm in FaZe's loss against Evil Geniuses on Day 2 of Week 1 of CWL Global Pro League, Stage 2.
ANALYSIS
Attach's best performance came in the final round, Round 4 Hardpoint. He was second fiddle to Priestahh; his 24 kills were second behind him, as was his 55 seconds. The duo was not enough to overcome a strong game from Evil Geniuses. He put in solid, if unexciting performances in Round 1 Hardpoint (26/28 KD, 55 seconds of Hardpoint time) and Round 2 Search & Destroy. He was a key piece in overcoming the incredible Assault performance in the S&D round, a round they could have easily lost. Round 3 Capture the Flag saw him really struggle, going 12/22 in the round. Overall, it was an up-and-down game from Attach.
Inconsistent in win
April 21, 2018
Attach never found solid ground in the 3-2 win over Lightning Pandaz on Day 2 of CWL Seattle.
ANALYSIS
Attach had an up and down performance in this one. Round 1 Hardpoint saw him struggle to a 19/25 KD, and he was the clear weak link behind a strong three-headed monster made up by his teammates. Round 2 Search & Destroy saw him struggle as well, as did his Round 3 Capture the Flag performance where he went 12/19. He did, however, finish very well. He had 33 kills in Round 4 Hardpoint, coming in second on his team. He was a big reason why they led 117-71 at one point, but score streaks from Lightning Pandaz forced a Round 5 Search & Destroy. That final round saw him come up large, as he had five kills through the first three games, and was a consistent force in the 6-1 win that finished the match.
Played well in close win
April 21, 2018
Attach was a key piece of the close 3-2 win over Rise Nation on Day 1 of the CWL Seattle Open.
ANALYSIS
Attach was good in this one. He was not a superstar, but he certainly played a key role in the win regardless of that. Round 1 Hardpoint saw him start of very slowly, but he came together to put in a 27/26 performance overall. They began to run away with it once he woke up. Round 2 Search & Destroy saw Attach play very well, but the rest of the team struggled to play consistency as they lost in 10 rounds. He was a big part of the Round 3 Capture the Flag win, as he had a solid 16 kills and the flag cap that gave them the lead with under 30 seconds left in the round. Round 4 Hardpoint saw him have the same 27/26 KD he did in the first round, but they lost this round. He nearly won the round and finished this game off before a fifth round, as he made a huge kill and got into the Hardpoint as they were sitting in the 240's - Looney killed him however, and won the round 250-247, forcing that fifth round. Round 5 Search & Destroy saw FaZe dominate, losing just one game. It was a solid team effort, with Attach providing excellent support in the win.
Performs a show-stopping flank in the CWL Stage 1 Championships
April 9, 2018
Attach narrowly won a double Grand Finals over OpTic Gaming thanks to clutch plays at CWL Stage 1 Playoffs, winning both series 3-2.
ANALYSIS
Attach was able to cause chaos in OpTic Gaming's formations by just flanking alongside ZooMa. It also helped that he could secure massive plays for his team. Attach clutched up hard in the first Round 1 Hardpoint on London Docks with a sneaky play. On the third Docks Warehouse hill, Attach hid in the corner by Statue side. This play allowed Attach to burn an OpTic player before he could contest the clock and even forced OpTic Gaming to hold a push back, buying his team the two seconds needed to win the round. And then Attach gave a show-stopping play in the first Round 2 Search & Destroy on London Docks. Replays called in his Artillery Scorestreak to zone OpTic Gaming from Bomb B, but they got in regardless of the streak. Attach then moved around and ran through the Artillery barrage to flank OpTic on the bomb site, scoring two kills and stopping a bomb play. He then clutched a final 1-vs-1 on Crimsix as the two desperately hunted each other across the map.
Pairs up with Priestah
April 9, 2018
Attach helped snowball the 3-2 reverse-sweep over Luminosity Gaming in the Loser's Finals at the CWL Stage 1 Playoffs.
ANALYSIS
Along with Priestah, Attach made plays happen by heavily pressing Luminosity Gaming. Attach's aggression did work against him in Round 1 Hardpoint as his constant need to push ignored map control for his team. This allowed Luminosity Gaming to easily steal scrap time. However, Attach's aggression became a boon in Round 3 Capture the Flag as it forced Luminosity Gaming into a defensive position. His streak-reliant opponents could never secure Scorestreaks thanks to Attach constantly pressuring their positions.
Pinches Team Kaliber for win
April 8, 2018
Attach coordinated a tight assault in a 3-0 win over Team Kaliber on Day 3 of the CWL Stage 1 Playoffs.
ANALYSIS
Attach and ZooMa somehow always found the right places to pressure FaZe Clan. For ZooMa, it was with flanks, but for Attach it was his incredible defense. In Round 2 Search & Destroy on Ardennes Forest, Attach tore through Team Kaliber by simply taking the hill in Ruins. The power position allowed him to easily spot out and tag up Team Kaliber as they made consistent pushes into the Ruins. This was especially important in Game 11 where Attach's positioning on the hill allowed him to get an early pick and almost solely push Team Kaliber back form the bomb site.
A lot of good in win
April 7, 2018
Attach had plenty of good to take away from the 3-2 win over Team EnVyus in the first loser's round of Day 2 of the CWL Stage 1 Playoffs.
ANALYSIS
Attach was not perfect in this one, but he did a lot of good in the match. He got off to a hot start in Round 1 Hardpoint, though he faltered a bit in the middle of the round. While his teammates picked him up there, he eventually picked it back up to a strong 40/35 KD in the round. They ended up losing by a measly point, however, after hero plays from Classic and Huke. His other strong round came in Round 3 Capture the Flag. He went 14/9, putting together a strong, balanced performance, playing well in both halves. He also had two of his team's flag caps. He played solid defense, as well, which really rounded out his game. He was more support than in the two Search & Destroy rounds, especially in the former. He helped fill in the blanks left behind by ZooMa and Replays. The latter was different, with him going 2/5 through the first five games, but he picked it up after. He had the final kill in Games 6 and 7, which was key in putting away Team EnVyUs. The round previous to that, Round 4 Hardpoint, housed a wholly forgettable 27/30 showing.
