Lacks direction in 2-0 defeat
June 29, 2018
Yondu looked lost during MVP's 2-0 loss at the hands of the Afreeca Freecs on Friday, tallying a 1/5/2 KDA.
ANALYSIS
While Yondu gave some help to ADD in the form of some early ganks in Game 1, his impact on the series was very much lacking. He didn't really gain much control of the map through the jungle, despite Afreeca going with a funnel strategy and not having a traditional jungler in the opening game. This extended into the macro game when they failed to even go for Baron at any point. Even when he moved from Skarner to Trundle in Game 2, he was no less invisible. MVP is a team that looks very much loss as we near the end of Week 3. They'll need a major shift in focus to prevent this turning into a major skid.
Leads team in assists, deaths
March 23, 2018
Beyond ended Thursday's sweep to SKT with a 0/6/6 combined KDA.
ANALYSIS
Beyond finished Game 1 with a 0/2/2 KDA as Sejuani. He was involved in both of MVP's kills, tying for the team-high assist total in Game 1. In Game 2, Beyond used Skarner and earned a 0/4/4 KDA. He was involved in all four kills, leading MVP in assists, but also tying for the team-high death total. Beyond led MVP in deaths with six, but his six assists gave him 100 percent kill participation in the series.
Good on Sejuani

He was involved in seven of 11 kills, finishing tied for the second-highest assist total in the final game. Beyond was good on Sejuani in the series, finishing a combined 1/2/16 on the champion in two games.

In Game 2, Beyond earned a 5/0/2 KDA as Rek'sai. Despite the loss, Beyond was unkillable, leading MVP with five kills. Beyond finished the series involved in 12 of 14 kills, leading MVP in kills and kill participation.
Involved in all but one kill

Aggressive picks fail to pay off
January 18, 2018
Beyond earned a 4/7/3 KDA during MVP's defeat at the hands of Kongdoo Monster.
ANALYSIS
Beyond had an unimpressive series against Kongdoo Monster, as he struggled to make much happen in the early game across the entire series, something his champion picks mandated he do in order to succeed. He took Nidalee into Game 1 and, despite having the stronger jungle matchup, failed to make much happen outside of light early-game counter-jungling in a game that quickly turned into a stomp for Kongdoo. While he certainly had a bigger impact in Game 2 -- his Kha'Zix had the run of the map for nearly the entire first half of the game -- it still wasn't enough to help push his team over the finish line, as Kongdoo's team composition left very few openings for Beyond to try to exploit in any large-scale fight. Seeing as large-scale fights ended up deciding the series, it's no surprise that Beyond wasn't able to match the impact of Raise's Zac, which had an outstanding showing in comparison.
Played beyond expectations
July 24, 2017
Perhaps the hero of the series, Beyond netted an excellent 0/6/22 KDA against Samsung on Friday.
ANALYSIS
After being a terror on Gragas in Games 1 and 3, future opponents are likely to ban away champion from the MVP jungler in the future. Perhaps more impressive than his offensive plays with his Explosive Cask ability was his timing in when to use it for disengage. The simple fact that neither Crown nor Ruler were able to go off in either of the games shows just how great of a job Beyond did regarding peel. In Game 2, he went with the legacy pick of Amumu and did a good job reminding fans why the champion is nowhere near meta. He landed a good bit of CC, but the team was never in sync enough to capitalize on the immobile opponents.
Involved in almost every kill
June 29, 2017
Beyond finished Thursday's sweep of bbq with a 5/4/12 KDA in two games as Rek'Sai.
ANALYSIS
Beyond finished Game 1 with a 2/3/8 KDA. He had 100 percent kill participation, but did give away three of MVP's five deaths in Game 1. In the end it didn't matter as MVP closed out a clean Game 1 win. In Game 2, Beyond earned a 3/1/4 KDA. He was involved in seven of MVP's 10 kills, giving away only one death in return as MVP closed out the sweep.
Provides no support from the jungle in series loss
June 17, 2017
Beyond fed from start to finish of MVP's loss to Longzhu Gaming on Saturday to finish with a 0/10/5 KDA.
ANALYSIS
Beyond failed to do what a good jungler is supposed to do: pressure the side lanes from the jungle to press for advantages. Beyond never seemed willing to stick his neck out for his teammates to try and set up plays. Even when he tried to initiate fights with Gragas in Game 1, he found himself dead with no kills or setups to speak of. Sensing that he needed to try and make something happen, he tried to go for a Rift Herald steal in Game 2, but it was in the face of three Longzhu members and he was again easily picked off with little effort from Longzhu. Besides feeding incessantly, Beyond really didn't do much of anything here and set his team back tremendously in the loss.
MVP's main threat
June 14, 2017
Beyond ended Wednesday's sweep to SKT with a 8/3/1 KDA in two games as Graves.
ANALYSIS
Beyond ended Game 1 with a 4/1/0 KDA. He got off to a hot start, killing Huni three times in the first eight minutes of the game. He fell off from there, managing only one more kill in the game, but did account for four of MVP's six kills. In Game 2, Beyond ended with a 4/2/1 KDA. He again managed four of his team's six kills, but SKT controlled Game 2 mostly from the start, closing out the sweep.
Struggles once team falls behind
June 8, 2017
Beyond ended Thursday's sweep to Samsung with a 2/7/11 combined KDA.
ANALYSIS
Beyond used Jarvan IV in Game 1 to end with a 2/5/7 KDA. He struggled to do much early as his laners fell behind, but was able to effectively dive the Samsung backline in teamfights, ending with 90 percent kill participation. Unfortunately, he was often killed after diving the backline and struggled to carry MVP to victory. In Game 2, Beyond used Gragas and ended with a 0/2/4 KDA. MVP again fell behind early, but Beyond finished the game involved in four of his team's five kills. It wasn't enough to stop Samsung as they closed out the sweep.
Strong performance throughout series win
May 30, 2017
Beyond ended Tuesday's win over JAG with a 11/5/22 combined KDA.
ANALYSIS
Beyond played well in all three games of the series as MVP picked up a 2-1 series win. He finished Game 1's loss with a 4/2/4 KDA as Graves, but shined in the final two games of the series. He ended Game with a 4/1/7 KDA as Gragas, before dominating Game 3 with a 3/2/11 performance as Elise. Beyond's control of the map showed in the final two games and his excellent pathing combined with his champions heavy crowd-control abilities set up plenty of ganks as well as kills in teamfights.
Unable to stand toe-to-toe with Score
April 11, 2017
Beyond finished Tuesday's loss to KT with a 9/8/18 combined KDA.
ANALYSIS
Beyond finished Game 1 with a 2/2/3 KDA as Elise. He picked up first blood taking out Smeb in the early game and a kill and an assist during an early skirmish in the mid lane. He helped pick off Deft in the mid game and his final assist came in the second teamfight of the game. In Game 2, Beyond used Lee Sin to end with a 3/5/10 KDA. He picked up an assist during an early 4-vs-3 fight in the bottom lane and a kill during an early game gank onto PawN. A second kill and assist during a mid game 3-vs-2 fight followed, while an assist in the first teamfight, three assists in the second teamfight and a final kill picking off Mata in the mid game gave MVP hope. His three assists in the fifth teamfight and assist in the final teamfight weren't enough to stop KT from taking Game 2. Using Graves in Game 3, Beyond earned a 4/1/5 KDA. He picked up first blood during an early 2-vs-2 fight in the mid lane and an assist in the game's first teamfight. He grabbed two kills picking off Deft and Smeb in the mid game, two assists in the second teamfight and an assist picking off Score. His final kill came in the third teamfight, while his final assist came in the fourth teamfight as KT closed out the sweep.
